All entries received to date (Mon 23/01/12) will compete on Wed 1st February @ Food & Bev Live 2012. We'll email you at the end of the week.
You are also invited to compete at Hospitality 2012 in the RDS on Feb 21st.

The Bartenders Association of Ireland (BAI) invite all bartenders in Ireland to enter the National Cocktail Competition 2012. The National Cocktail Competition, which is sponsored by Edward Dillon & Co. Ltd, will take place on Wednesday 1 st February at the Food & Bev Live 2012 in the Convention Centre, City West, Co. Dublin.
The winner of this competition will be crowned National Cocktail Champion 2012 and will represent Ireland at the World Cocktail Competition to be held in Beijing, China next October.
This year is a special one for the Bartenders Association of Ireland as we celebrate our 40 th Anniversary. To mark the occasion we’ve invited some top names from the International Bartenders Association to judge our national competition. One such personality is Mr Ron Busman, Vice-
Bartenders across Ireland are preparing to create their ultimate cocktail mix to win the prestige of this national title and spend five days in Beijing at the World Cocktail Competition. Each competitor must prepare an original cocktail recipe prepared using premium brands utilising a professional technique accompanied by the highest standards of hygiene.
There will be four competitions on the day.

40th Anniversary: 2012 to be important year for the Bartenders Association of Ireland as we celebrate our 40th Anniversary.
If you ever considered becoming a member of the BAI but kept putting it off, don't put it off any longer. NOW IS THE TIME TO JOIN THE ONLY REPRESENTATIVE GROUP FOR BARTENDERS IN IRELAND AFFILIATED TO THE INTERNATIONAL BARTENDERS ASSOCIATION. The International Bartenders Association is the biggest bartender body in the world.
We will accept new members at our next meeting (date/time to be announced) in Jack Nealons Bar (Upstairs), Capel St., Dublin 1. Email your CV to baipresident@gmail.com, subscription fee for one year is €50 payable at the November meeting. Also, existing members subscriptions for 2012 will be accepted at this meeting.
